Graduate by "Concepción Arenal" Legal Practice College attached to the Vigo I.C.A (1987).
Practising lawyer since 1987, coming soon to become the director of the Banco de Galicia Legal Advice from 1993 till 1995; after this period he returned to be a free professional and up to now he is an expert in the bank and insurance field.
At the same time the works as a Civil Procedural Law teacher in the "Concepción Arenal" Legal Practice College.
