Practising lawyer since 1985, specialized in Civil and Commercial Law and Health Law. He is working as a Health Law Teacher in the University College POLICLINICO VIGO, S.A. (POVISA), attached to the Vigo University.
He is also a Teacher for different Health Law Master's Degrees. He is also the author of several works and articles upon medical responsibility.
