Maritime Law

     Our office has acquired a considerable experience throughout last years in any aspect related to the Maritime Law, supported by the constant growth of the Port of Vigo.

     This way, from the buying and selling and financing of ships, to the building contract, registry and record, chartering, marine insurance (hulls, goods, P&I), preventive seizure of ships, maritime transport of goods, etc. This office has participated in numerous maritime matters, advising shipowners, shipyards, insurance companies, broker agents, supplying companies and suppliers and, in general, the different agents involved in the maritime field, both Spanish and foreign.

     This office, especially supports close contacts with the fishing sector, giving service to shipowners and transforming and commercial industries. All this is held in a very important sector in our city and in Galicia, as in the last decade it has experimented a constant evolution and internationalisation. In this way, we have participated in the implementation of different local companies in other countries, so we have an extensive experience in questions relative to fishing licenses, mixed companies or registry and record of fishing ships abroad.
