     From the business and also from the worker point of view, we are looking the total advice on the subject of the labour law - labour relationship, especially focussed on the aspects referred to: Social Security, Prevention of Risks, administrative proceedings in the Central / Autonomous Administration, Industrial Relations Commission. In the strictly labour field, we give especial consideration to matters as important as contracts of employment, proceedings to change the working conditions, regulation of employment, disciplinary proceedings and collective negotiation among others.

    In the Prevention of Risks field, we tried to make a full advice upon the standards; that is to say, we try to adapt the prevention in the company to the current regulation and in this way, to avoid responsibilities. In the Social Security field, those aspects derived from the own protective action, contingencies, settlement of quotas, etc. Within the relation with the labour administration and Social Security, basically directed to the actions derived from minutes of settlement of quotas, proceedings, negotiation of the payment deferment and instalment, etc.

    Not avoiding, in the above mentioned assumptions, the professional actions against the own administrative institutions and the lawyer intervention against the social administrative area institutions, whatever instances and proceeding.
