This office has a wide experience and knowledge in the health law field, as it is continuously acting in both extra judicial and judicial risks; this is due to the fact that this office is in charge of the Legal Advice of two important hospitals of the Galician Autonomous Region; and, at the same time, in this field, we are collaborators of different Insurance Companies covering the Hereditary and Penal Civil Responsibility of hospitals and health professionals for their defence.
Likewise, we have, many times, collaborate in the defence of both the hospitals and the health professionals in claims formulated by patients within the penal, civil and contentious-administrative areas; and we have also participate as speakers in different forums related to Law and Health Responsibility.
