a) Capital setting up, increase and reduction. Joints and splits of commercial societies.

b) Professional interventions in all kinds of legal actions: claimant, defendant, appellant, appealed or any other figure or procedural position, in any kind of process in which the contractor commercial entity is involved.

c) Attendance to the meetings in the Board of Directors and Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings, in order to advise upon the legality of the agreements and in order to draw up the minute.

d) To evacuate the enquiries and reports upon any matter regarding a commercial society, specially in the following areas: Naval industry, health, banking, fishing, preserves, real-estate promotion, granite industry, sports, mining and car industry.
